Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to update it.

Are your crystals natural?
Yes. We carefully select genuine natural crystals and stones. Because they are created by nature, every piece has its own unique colors, patterns, inclusions, shapes, and textures.
Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?
Yes. We individually photograph each crystal, pendant, carving, sphere, tower, and specimen. Unless otherwise stated, you'll receive the exact item shown in the product photos.
Do you sell one-of-a-kind pieces?
Yes. Many of our crystal pendants, carvings, spheres, towers, and specimens are one of a kind. Once a unique piece has been sold, the exact item may not be available again.
Why does my crystal look slightly different from my screen?
We photograph each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting during photography and differences in phone, tablet, or monitor display settings.
Why does my crystal have inclusions, lines, or small imperfections?
Natural inclusions, mineral deposits, internal lines, surface textures, and color variations are normal characteristics of genuine crystals. These natural features are part of each stone's beauty and are not considered defects.

Do your pendants come with necklaces?
When a necklace is included, it will be clearly stated in the product description along with its material, length, and other available details.
Can I wear my crystal jewelry while showering or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household cleaners. This helps preserve both the natural stone and the metal components.
