- All returns require prior approval before being shipped back.

Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Packages affected by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
- Natural variations in genuine crystals, including color, pattern, inclusions, transparency, shape, texture, and size.
- Slight color differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.

- Describe the issue.
- Attach clear photos when applicable.
- Wait for approval before returning the item.
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.
